Master traditional French techniques in this Parisian-inspired class featuring iconic moules frites and chocolate mousse. With this hands-on cooking class, led by an expert chef, you’ll create a three-course French meal while learning time-honored techniques. Poach eggs with firm whites and runny yolks for an elegant frisée salad with crisp bacon lardons and emulsified vinaigrette. Then, prepare and steam mussels in white wine and double-fry thinly sliced potatoes for classic moules frites. Finally, explore French pastry making with a chocolate mousse that’s light and luxurious. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
