With Provençal flavors and classic techniques, you’ll add elegant French cuisine to weeknight meals. Unlock rustic French flavors and learn new culinary techniques in this hands-on cooking class. With expert guidance from a chef, you’ll master caramelization with pan-seared chicken with a bright, briny lemon-olive pan sauce. Craft a ratatouille tart with roasted seasonal vegetables, toss a vibrant green salad and whisk batter for thin, tender crêpes folded around honeyed cream, figs and fresh raspberries. Perfect for beginners and seasoned home cooks. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
