In this cooking class with Chef Lula, you will embark on a beautiful adventure of transcendent food discovery as you explore an unforgettable cuisine that combines exotic African flair with modern Southern comfort.
You will begin by creating a refreshing Kenyan tomato and onion salad. Move on to preparing your main course featuring a roasted lemon-lime-pepper chicken bursting with flavor. On the side prep some roasted Brussels sprouts and fluffy sweet potato mash seasoned with Chef Lula's divine five-spice blend. You'll end the experience by creating a whimsical green apple Martini cobbler.
