This cooking class highlights subtle French flavors with bright citrus, fresh herbs and elegant recipes. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll cook salmon sealed in parchment with shaved fennel and dill. Then, roast crispy herbed potatoes and gently braise leeks to spoon-tender perfection with a tangy mustard vinaigrette. For dessert, you’ll craft iconic chocolate crêpes with lightly whipped Chantilly cream. This meal is sophisticated, seasonal and beautifully French.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
