Chef Tiff will guide you through the process of preparing delicious dishes using different types of flour and traditional techniques. Start with roasted eggplant topped with a spicy arrabbiata sauce, ricotta and fresh basil. Then, learn to make homemade ravioli filled with mushroom, spinach and goat cheese, drizzled in a creamy avocado sauce. Enjoy a refreshing bib salad with pickled radish, cherry tomato and Champagne shallot vinaigrette. Finish with a classic crème brûlée with a caramelized crunch.
