Celebrate the light, fresh taste of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a master chef, you’ll explore the harmony of bold flavors in five Thai dishes. Prepare chicken satay with spicy peanut dipping sauce, sweet and tangy lime-glazed salmon over ginger rice and a crunchy mango cucumber salad. Finally, cool off with homemade coconut-lime sorbet. Bright, balanced and packed with tropical flair – perfect for summertime entertaining.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
