Chef Rajeswari is ready to turn up the heat in the kitchen as she leads you through a scrumptious South Indian-inspired cooking class packed with flavor and flair. This immersive lesson blends fiery spices, fragrant herbs and soothing cool-downs in the form of dips for a meal that sings with contrast. You'll kick things off with red chili-kissed "chicken 65", delightfully crisp and tangy. Followed by a timeless chicken biryani dish layered with rice and infused with an aromatic masala spice blend. To finish, you’ll cool things down with refreshing cucumber-onion raita and a silky mango lassi. Reserve your spot and experience the rich, vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. This is a partially hands-on class. Guests will observe all cooking demonstrations and participate in shared prep activities like chopping and mixing. Cooking will take place at a single shared station, with guests taking turns during the process. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
