This dynamic cooking class is led by Chef Ten, who will guide you through the techniques of creating fantastic Asian fusion cuisine. Along the way, you’ll build confidence with knife skills, flavor layering and presentation.
You will start with sweet and spicy edamame coated in a rich honey soy chili glaze, then learn the art of rolling a classic California roll with seasoned sushi rice, crab, avocado and toasted sesame seeds. After, elevate your home cooking with better-than-takeout chicken fried rice packed with vegetables, egg and aromatic spices. Finish the class with a refreshing coconut mango mousse topped with whipped cream and lime zest. Reserve your spot and start rolling.
