Immerse yourself in the flavors and dishes of Provence while perfecting key French techniques. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll explore foundational French techniques and prepare an elegant Provençal-style meal in this hands-on cooking class. Pan-roast chicken and finish with a lemony sauce with olives and capers. Then, create a savory ratatouille tart with flaky pastry and thinly sliced seasonal vegetables. Emulsify a classic vinaigrette for salade verte and learn the swirl-and-flip method for paper-thin crêpes filled with figs, raspberries and honeyed whipped cream. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
