You'll start by crafting muhammara, a smoky roasted red pepper dip with a blend of bold spices. Then, prepare the beloved Persian pancake, khagineh, with saffron syrup, crushed rose petals and a sweet nut filling. Next, master shakshuka, poaching eggs in a savory tomato and pepper sauce. End the experience with a soothing cup of hot Persian herbal tea.
