Showcase the culinary heritage of Spain with a vibrant menu of traditional dishes. This hands-on cooking class immerses you in the sights, sounds and smells of an authentic Spanish kitchen. Guided by the chef, you'll stuff and wrap dates in serrano ham to create a sweet and salty appetizer. Then, learn the essential steps to building classic paella and bake a signature dessert infused with olive oil. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
