Master three elegant French pastries and learn classic baking techniques in this culinary experience. Chic and celebratory, this hands-on cooking class is a dream for dessert lovers. Guided by a world-class pastry chef, you’ll master pâte à choux with the elegant Paris-Brest filled with luscious praline cream and decorated with slivered almonds. Then, infuse homemade chocolate truffles with Champagne. Finally, mix, roll and shape buttery French sablés. Elegant, decadent and oh-so-French — this class is perfect for all bakers. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
