Led by Chef Luca, you'll gather traditional techniques and new recipes to recreate at home. Start with a classic bruschetta topped with ricotta, drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of black salt. For the main focus of the session, you'll learn how to mix and shape spaghetti strings and ravioli pasta pockets that will be filled and topped with a cacio e pepe sauce and a ricotta mixture. Pair these pastas with a juicy ribeye steak for a memorable meal to recreate at home. Dessert is a classic tiramisu that Italians are known for. Reserve today!
