Experience the art of dim sum making in this interactive class. During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make Dim Sum classics. Start by exploring the techniques of making dumplings—from forming to pleating—and master the art of crafting fluffy steamed buns filled with barbecued pork, among other delicious dishes that make Dim Sum a culinary experience. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
