What's better than filet for date night? Bring your date to this cooking class featuring everybody's favorite cut of steak—filet mignon. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you'll learn the art of proper preparation to highlight this special cut of meat. Pair it with a smokey charred tomato sauce and creamy whipped potatoes. For dessert, you'll make your own ice cream topped with fresh strawberries. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. This class is suitable for ages 18+.
