Craft an exquisite summer menu designed around a stunning filet mignon in this immersive cooking class. Practice professional methods for maintaining tenderness and juiciness in your grilled steaks, then char up tomatoes and peppers to blend into a smoky and subtly sweet sauce to drizzle over your streak and a bed of creamy potatoes. For dessert, roast strawberries to top vanilla ice cream. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. This class is suitable for ages 18+.
