Guided by a top-level chef, you’ll recreate the famed chicken with 53 cloves of garlic, slow-roasted to perfection. Then, craft smooth pommes purée enriched with chives and a crisp frisée and apple salad with goat cheese. For dessert, prepare a show-stopping chocolate soufflé drizzled with homemade salted caramel sauce. Perfect for home cooks of all levels.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
