Step into a world of fresh flavor as you create this array of Asian favorites. If you've never created your own Asian dishes, Chef Mell's informative cooking class is the perfect introduction. And if you're already versed in the cuisine, you'll find new favorites to add to your culinary repertoire. First, make a chopped salad brimming with cabbage, carrots and homemade dressing. Then, prepare a Chinese take on sticky ribs, seasoned with earthy spices and served with white rice. You'll also make light and crispy vegetable spring rolls and whip up fried plantains drizzled with an anise caramel sauce for dessert. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
