Led by a skilled chef, you’ll master four traditional recipes, including the ultimate guacamole used as a dip or condiment. Then, learn to grill marinated carne asada for sizzling fajitas assembled with hand-pressed corn tortillas made from scratch. Complete your fiesta with char-grilled Mexican street corn coated in lime, cotija and chiles. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
