Craft delicious Italian sauces to elevate fresh pasta.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll practice time-honored techniques for preparing pasta two ways. Your chef instructor will guide you with tips for mixing and rolling the dough as well as cutting pappardelle and filling ravioli. You’ll develop a hearty Bolognese to complement your wide noodles and finish your stuffed pasta in nutty brown butter sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
