This interactive cooking class is a celebration of traditional Spanish cuisine, highlighting premium regional ingredients in some of the country’s most iconic dishes. Guided by a world-class chef instructor, you’ll craft sweet and savory stuffed dates wrapped in serrano ham and develop the fragrant, textured layers of traditional paella. Finish the meal with a classic olive oil-infused dessert. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
