In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Danushka, you will learn how to prepare an authentic gluten-free three-course Vietnamese menu that showcases the unique flavor profiles and ingredients that have made the country an epicurean hot spot.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include shrimp & vegetable spring rolls with fresh herbs and a dipping sauce, Asian meatballs with ginger and water chestnuts, rice noodles adorned with fresh vegetables, and a fragrant coconut rice pudding with ripened fresh mango and toasted coconut for dessert.
