Pick up new slicing and dicing skills to boost kitchen prep. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll master new techniques for mincing, paring and chopping a variety of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. Learn how to use the pinch technique and rocking and chopping motions while practicing safety basics. Explore the differences in santoku, chef's and other kitchen cutlery. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
