Every chef needs to learn the proper use of kitchen knives. This cooking class is about knife technique and how to use all of the knives in your knife block. From cutting meats to seafood to vegetables, you'll explore the various styles of knife and how to select the right one for each job. You'll also get tips on proper maintenance of your knives as well as safety tips for chopping and slicing. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
