Master three French desserts and traditional baking techniques in this fun dessert-making workshop. Discover that you can craft the elegant pastries found in a Parisian pâtisserie window with this hands-on cooking class. Guided step-by-step by an expert pastry chef, you’ll master pâte à choux dough for the ring-shaped Paris-Brest filled with praline créme and garnished with slivered almonds. Then, bake sablés, buttery shortbread cookies and explore chocolate making with Champagne truffles. This dessert-making class is perfect for beginners and seasoned home bakers. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
