Explore the different styles and textures of donuts in this fun pastry-making class. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore the art of donut making with three global varieties that vary in taste and texture. Guided by an expert pastry chef, you’ll prepare pâte à choux dough for airy French beignets dusted in powdered sugar. Then, create a thin batter for crispy berry fritters with raspberry-lemon glaze. Finally, switch to glutinous rice flour for chewy mochi donuts in a sweet glaze. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
