In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn how to prepare an impressive seven-course Japanese menu featuring both modern sushi creations as well as traditional rolled sushi.
Some of the different types of sushi you can look forward to creating in this class include a salmon tartare cupcake and a tuna tartare taco as well as a classic cucumber roll, California roll, and a shrimp tempura hand roll. You can also look forward to brewing a traditional miso soup and making some sweet mochi donuts for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
