Create a delicious spread of vegan Korean dishes during this engaging cooking venture. This hands-on cooking class offers you the opportunity to create a stunning vegan menu of authentic Korean delicacies. The talented Chef Polly will guide you along your plant-based culinary adventure, helping you craft a mouth-watering menu from scratch. You'll start with a vibrant serving of vegetable pancakes, before cooking a soul-warming bowl of rice and soup. For your main course, you'll create acorn starch cakes tossed with a selection of seasonal greens, served in a homemade soy dressing. A sweet potato mochi donut serves as a decadent dessert. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
