Channel the essence of summer in this hands-on cooking class, where you’ll grill, bake and fry a delicious meal. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll whip up four recipes, including golden-fried corn fritters with herbed aioli, juicy brown sugar-mustard-crusted pork chops and char-grilled kale with bacon and chile. Finally, bake a fresh blueberry-cherry cobbler for dessert. This meal is rustic, vibrant and deeply satisfying from start to finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
