This Italian meal is simple enough for weeknight dinners and elegant for al fresco entertaining.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll master an elegant Italian menu that’s perfect for leisurely patio dinners and outdoor entertaining with friends. Guided by an experienced chef, you’ll create four authentic Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, including seared marinated steak with a green herb salsa, arugula pesto-topped polenta bites and a vibrant summer farro salad. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing and creamy lemon mascarpone gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
