This hands-on cooking class highlights the balance and elegance of Italian cuisine. Guided by a world-class chef, use simple, seasonal ingredients to create a memorable Italian feast. Start with a sweet and savory bruschetta layered with creamy ricotta and roasted grapes. Then, create crispy chicken Milanese and braised bitter greens with lemon and olives. For dessert, prepare a flaky pie crust from scratch for a juicy nectarine-blueberry crostata.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
