This four-course Italian menu explores building layers of flavor with grilling and seasonal ingredients. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create an elegant Italian meal perfect for entertaining or long family dinners. A top-tier chef will guide you through four recipes, starting with crispy polenta bites topped with an arugula pesto. Then, grill marinated steak served with a bright salsa verde and craft a summer farro salad with basil and tomatoes. Finally, you’ll learn to make Italian ice cream with lemon mascarpone gelato. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
