Add a tasty Thai string to your culinary bow in this chef-led class. Add seasonal Thai cuisine to your home-cooking repertoire when you sign up for this authentic hands-on cooking class. Guided by a master chef, you’ll quickly get to grips with the time-honored techniques and culinary traditions that inform Thai cuisine. You’ll make a menu of savory favorites like chicken satay with peanut sauce, sugar and lime-glazed salmon and more. And don’t worry — if you struggle to eat dinner without dessert, a homemade coconut-lime sorbet is unlikely to disappoint. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
