Led by a master chef, you’ll discover flavorful marinades, umami-rich sauces and traditional cooking methods with dishes such as chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, lime-glazed salmon and a tart mango-cucumber salad. For a tropical dessert, whip up a refreshing coconut-lime sorbet. Perfect for beginners and seasoned home cooks.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
