This hands-on sushi-making class was designed with sushi lovers in mind. Chef Rodney will showcase sushi in a simple manner that makes it easy to understand.
Begin by making an Asian classic for your starter: Gyoza filled with fresh shrimp and served with a sweet chili and ginger sauce for dipping. Next, try your hand at rolling a number of sushi rolls from scratch with a variety of ingredients, including spicy tuna, smoked salmon, fried shrimp tempura, crab and avocado. For dessert, whip up rice pudding brimming with banana.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
