Join Chef Edmund for a cooking class and dinner party celebrating the art of dumpling making. Immerse yourself in the art of crafting dumplings from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Edmund. He will guide you as you prepare wrappers with a succulent pork filling from scratch and practice a variety of folding techniques, mastering the traditional pleats and edges. Start the class with an umami exploration by sampling the chef’s favorite soy sauces from across Asia. Then make your dumpling dough without using pre-made skins, practicing rolling and pleating to make your own dumplings. Round out this celebration of dumplings with braised pork belly, a vibrant dipping sauce, savory vegetables. Please note that dumpling skins are made with organic all-purpose flour and gluten-free wrapper substitutions are not available. Guests with gluten intolerance or gluten-free dietary preferences cannot be accommodated. This class is suitable for ages 15+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
