Who said vegetarian food isn't sophisticated? Take your vegetarian cookery to the next level with this skillful cooking class focusing on fine dining vegetarian style. Don't let your vegetarian option be an afterthought when creating a feast for non-meat-eating friends and family. Start off with a creamy tomato bisque with crostini on the side. Follow that up with a warm puff pastry filled with mushrooms, spinach and onion, along with a creamy side of potato au gratin. Finally, end the night off by making a decadent poached pear, made with Riesling wine and a variety of sumptuous spices. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
