Air fryer Potato Peels

I absolutely loved making these air fryer potato peelings or potato peel crisps. So crispy and perfectly crunchy, they make for such a tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 potato use only peels
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika or cayenne for more heat (optional)
  • ½ tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes. Keep the peels longish. Now wash them well, about 2-3 times till they are free of all muck and will lose their excessive starch too.
  2. Dry them very well using paper towels. In a bowl, toss the potato peels with oil and seasoning till they are well coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer at 360F or 180C for about 5 minutes. Lay the seasoned potato peels in one layer. Remember they shrink on air frying.
  4. Air fry at 360F or 180C for 5 minutes. Shake the basket once in the middle for uniform air frying.
  5. Take them out and serve immediately. Your crunchy air fryer potato peelings are ready to eat. Enjoy.
