Campbell s Jambalaya

A Cajun-inspired dish with sausage, chicken, rice, and spices, made easy with Campbell’s soup base and a slow-cooked method.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups swansonВ® chicken broth (regular, natural goodnessв
  • „ў or certified organic)
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large stalks celery, diced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 pound kielbasa, diced
  • 3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup (uncooked) regular long- grain white rice
  • 1/2 pound fresh medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

Directions

  1. Mix broth, Creole seasoning, pepper, onion, celery, tomatoes, kielbasa, chicken and rice in 3 1/2- to 6-qt. slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hr.*.
  3. Add shrimp. Cover and cook for 40 min. or until done.
