Juicy chicken breasts simmered in a creamy Dijon mustard sauce with rice. Quick, savory, and tangy—perfect for weeknight dinners using pantry staples.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell'sВ® condensed cream of celery soup or campbell'sВ® condensed 98% fat free cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups hot cooked regular long- grain white rice

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup, water, mustard and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
