Classic Crepes

Think you need special pans and tools to make crepes? Think again! Finish these simple crepes with fruit, yogurt, or your favorite filling.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) salt
  • ½ tbsp (7 ml) butter
  • 1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, salt, and flour to the Batter Mixer & Dispenser. Pump the handle until combined. Place the dispenser cap on the plunger and select the medium dot.
  2. Melt the butter in the 10" (25-cm) Brilliance Nonstick Fry Pan over medium heat.
  3. Dispense 2 pumps of batter and cook for 30–40 seconds on each side, or until it’s lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
