Directions

1. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, whipped topping and egg at medium speed until incorporated. Cover; chill 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°. Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow dish. Using a greased scoop or spoon, drop tablespoons of dough into sugar; roll each in confectioners' sugar until completely coated. Place 2-in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.
3. Bake until edges are just set, 11-13 minutes. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
