Ham and Cheese Snack Wraps

These snack wraps are taking me straight back to my childhood and I could not be happier about it. They’re cheesy, gooey, and SO good for a super easy lunch or dinner. Just put them together, fold them, pop them in the toaster, and done. I took these up a notch with a creamy avocado dipping sauce and Smithfield Sliced Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham, which is so versatile and ready to go!—Christine McMichael

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2-4 slices smithfield anytime favorites hickory smoked boneless sliced quarter ham
  • 2-4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1/4 plain yogurt
  • 1/2 medium lime (freshly squeezed)
  • salt/pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Lay out the tortillas and add slices of Smithfield Anytime Favorites Hickory Smoked Boneless Quarter Ham, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Fold in the sides, then fold in half.
  3. Place in the toaster with the open side facing up.
  4. Toast until warm, then cut into halves.
  5. Blend the dipping sauce ingredients together and enjoy!
