This white chocolate sauce recipe will harden in the fridge—it may even get so thick that you won’t be able to stick a spoon in it. Not to worry! Simply leave the sauce at room temperature for an hour before you want to serve it.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat cream and butter over medium heat until bubbles form around the edges, stirring occasionally; do not boil. Add white chocolate and remove from the heat (do not stir). Let stand for 5 minutes; stir until smooth.
