At CookingConnoisseurs.com, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality, enjoyable cooking experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or expectations may differ. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and options regarding refunds for our online cooking classes and services.
By purchasing or enrolling in any class on CookingConnoisseurs.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Live Online Cooking Classes (Scheduled)

Eligible for Refund:
You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of a live class.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start time
  • Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts or technical issues on your end (e.g., poor internet connection)
  • Partially attended classes
How to Cancel:
Send your cancellation request to support@cookingconnoisseurs.com with your name, order number, and class details.

2. On-Demand & Pre-Recorded Courses

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all one-time purchases of on-demand courses.
Eligible for Refund:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
Not Eligible for Refund:
  • Requests made after 7 days
  • Courses where more than 25% has been completed or downloaded

3. Subscriptions & Membership Plans

If you are enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription, you may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the billing period.
❌ Refunds for Subscriptions:
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

4. Gift Cards & Promotional Purchases

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • Discounted or promotional purchases are eligible for refunds based on the original amount paid, not the full course value.

5. Class Cancellations by CookingConnoisseurs.com

In rare cases where we must cancel or reschedule a live class (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), you will receive one of the following at your choice:

  • A full refund
  • A free rescheduling to a future class
  • A class credit for any other session of equal value

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
